XCell View is an online diagnostic tool that may be used when communicating with the XCell RTS via a serial connection using a VT100 terminal or an Ethernet connection using Telnet.
- XCell View allows the user to view the state of all inputs (IED or otherwise) and force outputs (IED or otherwise) for test purposes
- XCell View provides facilities to view internal processor event data and system status information such as memory allocation, software versions and configuration files.
